Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets, including equities, derivatives, and fixed income, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of financial instruments may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment.
JNM Corporation does not guarantee any specific investment outcomes. Clients are solely responsible for their investment decisions and should consult with independent financial advisors if necessary.
Margin Requirements
Margin trading involves borrowing funds from JNM Corporation to purchase securities. This magnifies both potential profits and potential losses.
- Initial Margin: A minimum deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required for eligible equity securities.
- Maintenance Margin: Clients must maintain a minimum equity level of 25% of the total market value of the securities in their margin account.
- Margin Calls: Failure to maintain the required margin will result in a margin call, requiring immediate deposit of additional physical funds or securities.
